Our company, Nurol L.L.C., was established in the United Arab Emirates in 2003 by A Grade International General Contracting Company Nurol Construction and Trading Company Inc. and H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan. Nurol Construction and Trading Company Inc., headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, has been a general contractor since 1966 with current activities fourteen countries in Asia, Europe, and Africa. Both Nurol L.L.C. and Nurol Construction and Trading Company Inc. are members of the Nurol Group of Companies which is currently comprised of some three dozen companies in Turkey and abroad, operating in a wide spectrum of sectors.

Nurol L.L.C. has offices in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and holds a special category license in Infrastructure, Roads, Tunnels, Bridges, High-rise and Mass Housing Projects, Steel Structures, Dams, and Utilities Services to undertake construction activities in the United Arab Emirates and GCC Countries.

Although we have been operating in the U.A.E. for only six years, over this short period of time we have shown an exemplary record of growth having over four thousand employees and have already completed four projects; totaling AED One Billion.

• “The Connecting Bridge between Abu Dhabi and Al Reem Island” for the Private Department of H.H. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Tamouh Investment;
• “International City Residential/Commercial Buildings, Package 9” for Nakheel Inc. and consisting of 29 blocks in the English style; and
• “International City Residential/ Commercial Buildings, Package 12” for Nakheel Inc. and consisting of 34 blocks in the Spanish style.
• “Construction of 13 Nos. Bridges, Duct Bank Crossings and Canals Under Bridges in Shams Abu Dhabi” for M/s. Sorouh;

Currently we have eight ongoing projects in the Emirates, five of them in Abu Dhabi and three in Dubai, totalling over AED 2.8 billion:

• “The Khalidiya Palace Rotana Hotel and Residences” for the Private Department of H.E. Sheikh Mohammad Bin Khalid Al Nahyan;
• “Bridge and Tunnels at IP-44 and Sea Palace Intersection on Al Salam Street” for M/s. Department of Municipal Affairs (Abu Dhabi Municipality);
• “Construction of Canals & Pedestrian Bridges” for M/s. Sorouh.
• “Jumeirah Village Triangle Zone (1) total 856 Nos. Villas & Town Houses” for M/s. Nakheel;
• “400 Ha Infrastructure Works in Jumeirah Park” for Nakheel Inc.;
• Jumeirah Park – Package 7, 453 villas” for M/s. Nakheel Inc.;
• Bridge No.4 at Shams Abu Dhabi for M/s. Sorouh.
• Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Service Apartment, Abu Dhabi UAE.

In addition to these, we are in the running for several other projects, either through tenders or through direct negotiations with clients, and we are confident that our portfolio of awarded contracts will continue to grow in line with the reputation we are building for ourselves in the U.A.E. market despite global downturn.

We would also like to mention that our sister company Nurol Steel is meanwhile established in Qatar with an annual capacity of 18,000 ton structural steel works per year, in accordance with the long-term regional strategy of the Nurol Group.
