GERSAN has been accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certificate, ISO 14001:2004 certificate,GOST certificate, ASTA Certificates, KEMA Certificate, Veiki-VNL (LOVAG member) and TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) certificates and all our products are manufactured to the IEC and BS standards. Presently the manufacturing facilities are established on a plot of 14,000 m2 with 9,000 m2 covered area. The monthly manufacturing capacity is 900 tons. We opened up a second factory with area of 45,000 m2 with monthly capacity of 2000 tons which will be operational by march 2011.

GERSAN owns state of the art manufacturing facility in Turkey and is equipped with hot dip galvanization coating oven and all other coating processes in the factory. GERSAN offers many other methods of coating systems such as Powder coating, Epoxy coating, zinc electro- static coating, pre-galvanizing and kiln-dried electro static painting for various applications. GERSAN’s main customers are EPC contractors, E&I contractors, Electrical contractors, Building construction contractors and Engineering firms. GERSAN manufactures products for Oil and Gas industries, Power and Desalination plants, Industrial & Buliding sectors and Petro-chemical industries.
